Schedule management plan - Sets the format and establishes criteria for developing and controlling the project schedule
To ensure successful project implementation, there are some important tips that you need to make use of. The project should have people who are dedicated more to create the situations of the successful project implementation. Before the project implementation process starts, ensure you have all factors of project process written or recorded on paper. This will make the project implementation process easier to manage, and they can be of used for the projects that are the same as the current project. Initiation is a process that occurs at the very beginning of a project. This is when stakeholders decide to acknowledge a need for a project. An example would be when a company reviews its Capital Improvements Program and identifies a need for a product or service.
Feasibility studies
Executing is the process that will put the project plans to work. This is where the project manager will coordinate and assign resources to facilitate project success. This process will use up most of the project time and resources and will cause the most conflicts over schedules.
Staffing management plan - Describes when and how human resources requirements will be met
Communication management plan - Describes the communications needs and expectations for the project management; how and in what format information will be communicated; when and where each communication will be made; and who is responsible for providing each type of communication
